Please be advised that viewing/printing of documents online is very slow in retrieving from the server. We are asking all subscribers to retry viewing/printing documents (at least 3 times) when prompted with the error message “There was a server error, unable to load document list, Please try your request later. No charge applied”, “Document not loaded”.
Kindly note, do not close the “Document Filed” window when retrying or you will be charged an additional $50.00 for listing of document filed.
